Terms and cancellation policy

1. Who you are booking with

Courses are run by PflegeXperts GmbH, Hofgut Kolnhausen 12 · 35423 Lich · Germany. Classes take place online on Zoom.

2. Booking and confirmation

Your booking is complete when we confirm it by email. With card or UPI payment this happens immediately after payment. With bank transfer your seat is reserved for 5 days and confirmed when the money arrives. With an employer invoice your seat is reserved when we have the employer's details.

3. Prices and instalments

Prices are per level and include live classes, course materials, homework correction and one mock exam. The telc exam fee is not included. A1 and A2 can be paid in 2 instalments, B1 to C1 in 2 or 3, without extra charge. The first instalment is due at booking, the others by payment link within 7 days of the request. If an instalment is more than 7 days late, access to classes is paused until it is paid. Instalments already paid are not refunded after the cancellation deadline; open instalments remain due.

4. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or move to another group free of charge until 14 days before the start date, through your personal booking link. After that, the fee is due in full. If we cancel a group, for example because fewer than 6 people booked, you choose between the next date and a full refund.

5. Group size and format

Groups have at most 15 participants and run from 6. Recordings of missed sessions are available for 48 hours to enrolled participants only and may not be shared.

6. Exams

We prepare you for the telc exams. The exam itself is registered and taken at a licensed exam centre and is subject to that centre's terms. We make no promise about passing.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

8. Applicable law
