What we collect and why

Booking: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, optional goal, payment method, employer details if an employer pays. Purpose: to run your booking and your course, to invoice, to send class information. Legal basis: contract.

Level check: first name, WhatsApp number or email, your answers and result, the consents you gave with time stamp. Purpose: to send your result and matching dates. Legal basis: consent. Marketing messages only with the separate, optional consent; you can end them any time by replying STOP.

Before you give your contact details in the level check, nothing is stored except an anonymous session for your progress.

Who processes data for us

Payment: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Email: Resend. WhatsApp messages: [Business API provider, EU]. Video classes: Zoom. Hosting: [provider, location].

How long we keep data

Booking and invoice data as long as commercial and tax law requires. Level check leads without a booking: [12 months], then deleted.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future. Write to hello@germanbound.de. You can complain to a supervisory authority.
